Become? Has this not ever happened in this country or any other country before? Are you suggesting it's getting worse? Sorry, but I disagree. There will always be idiots out there that bully, harass, and assault others for various asinine reasons. There was a time when that kid would have avoided being held accountable for his actions. They caught him, he's likely going to juvie, and hopefully he will learn a valuable lesson.
