Video Shows Russian Sailors Sunbathing as Their Ship Nearly Collides with US Cruiser

Saw this on a news share on television the other night when the incident happened .

One of my old ships. Pretty piss poor ship handling. The Chance could have simply whipped the ponies and pulled away from that old rust bucket. The fact that the CO allowed it to approach that closely rather than pulling away makes me wonder as well. We woulda been mooning them, flipping the bird etc...but that doesn't fly in todays Navy!lol!
