What id love to see is Customer Experience tied to pay, bonus and job retention for VA leadership and other employees.

Same BS....they will be on their best behavior then go back to the status quo....been going to the VA since 1977...seen many cycles....

I've been trying to go to the VA since 1996 and get the same type run around. Same old BS. I don't care who runs it. They only want to deny Vets and collect their fat pay checks.
