Gorsuch makes a good case. There are so many laws that you can find something to arrest people for if you are determined to do so and that if you don't like someone's speech, that's a definite possibility.

CPT Jack Durish I think history will show those who criticized Gorsuch will go down as being completely wrong in their assessment. He's absolutely right in that you can be pretty much arrested for anything these days. If you don't comply with the orders of the arresting officer, your're taken to the ground and sometimes tased for being argumentative. The best line in the article in my opinion was "The freedom to speak without risking arrest is ‘one of the principal characteristics by which we distinguish a free nation." What those on the left cannot seem to fathom is that the very things they want our Government to do will ultimately cause all of our freedoms to be taken away - for some reason, they don't see it that way which is somewhat disturbing.
