Just wait, they are going to have a senior enlisted problem also and take that too the mid Level like E-5's. If it ain't broke don't fix it period.

yeah I decided around year 18 to not bother with SGM selection. I am not going to invest 5-7 years after 20 when I can retire under the old plan at 38 and move on to another career to retire twice before I am 60.
