We should not applaud this stage of events. The Left’s new tactic is lawfare where they will bankrupt those that are in conflict with their ideology via exhaustive litigation.

SCOTUS has also the opportunity with this case to shut that tactic, and any judges that would allow it, down, harshly.

The SCOTUS must hear this case if the manufacturer, "Bushmaster" is to have a chance to win its case... SGT (Join to see)... Connecticut is a hard nosed Democrat controlled state, much the same as Massachusetts and other surrounding states... If SCOTUS does not accept the case at this stage, it will languish in the lower court system for years, even though there is Federal Law preempting Connecticut's position...
