Ukraine comic 'wins' presidential poll first round

When someone can actually get people to smile instead of the usual approach to political subjects It usually works in their favor as long as they still say things that are relevant to the issues. Personality has worked in favor of a candidate in more than one election but the lack of it works even against someone that otherwise may be a great contender for the elected office being sought.

Might be a nice change of pace.
