Charlie the important part is how does groundhog taste? What is the best way to prepare them. I have never eaten one but bet it is good.

It seems like the signs of spring are here in Waco, TX. I awoke to the sounds of doves this am. They are both a pleasant sound and annoying one. They have a pretty sound to them but they are oh, so loud and are continuous throughout the day.
