Every State, Ranked by How Miserable Its Winters Are

I disagree with his assessment of Kentucky winter, it depends on what part of the state you live in. if you live in the far northern end yes it is like souther Ohio, but in the western part where I live it is a crap shot, you never know, we have had winters with no snow and I have awaken to find 23 inches on the ground. Heck last Wednesday to Thursday we had 9 for a high and today we have 61, the old saying if you don't like the weather give it a day and it will change is really true for here.

Not a fan of winter in general. About two weeks and I am done.
