Carbon taxes are meant to make drivers drive less. I'm from California, I sure don't Drive less if gasoline is $2.50 a gallon or $5. Politicians know this and they push the agenda. Hopefully Americans see through this BS as well and do something about it next time the politician tries to bring it up in the legislature.
