I think Heller will be a ruling the court leans on to put an end to California's attempt at limiting the second amendment by putting requirements on manufacturers that simply cannot be met and that no other state is calling for.

Any challenge against our 2d amendment by any government or private entity is an attack against our constitution and the citizens who support our Constitution wherever we may be.. so it is a sitrep
We All must be aware of and hope for the best for the 2d amendment in that hearing
