That's why the Coast Guard can do so much on such a small federal budget. CG sells the seized drugs back to the smugglers, then stops them and does it again. Economic multiplier effect.

That could and should be considered a dangerous payload. That is to say where it lands is were you will see devastation on the ground. I guess playing ping-pong with the cartel and their drugs would be pretty risky with America in the background.
