The Russians warned the US about this bloke and his brother who came here, got on the government sugar nipple, planned and carried out murder on the Infidel. The second bomb was placed next to a boy. Because, it is not just murder on adult Infidels. Your chidren too are at risk. It's called tribal warfare.
I guess, the lawyers are doing what the tax payer is paying them to do. But I do not agree it is impossible to get a fair trail in Boston. Just unlikely.

As long as he is held in Massachusetts, he won’t be executed. I’m really surprised that the sentence was given.

I know up in the northeast the sentence has been taken off the table. But this is more than a crime against the State. This is war against the State.
My view is a bit different as I grew up in Texas. Here, if it is premeditated, iit s best to make a deal.
