After Decades, 'Rolling Thunder' To Make Its Last Big Ride Through Washington, D.C.

What’s next, the damn marathons??? What about blocking a section of 66 coming into the city? Has anyone thought to speak with the DC mayor, city council, or VA Governor, bypassing the DoD in its entirety? They shut down streets, roads, highways for other misc. events when they do deem! Thought about a corporate sponsor like Amazon or Microsoft to defer the costs - all it takes is a formal letter to the companies requesting their tax write-off for a donation of assistance - just saying!

There are groups lining up to replace Rolling Thunder in 2020, including some Rolling Thunder local chapters.

There will be a demonstration run in Washington DC in 2020, it may not be called Rolling Thunder, but it will serve the same purpose.
