Again the charges are from Mother Jones Magazine and requoted repeatedly through the press. Personally, I think that magazine is borderline Communist myself. It certainly is far left Socialist. Willam Barr was Deputy Attorney General under the first George Bush that just passed and the only items the author can find wrong with him are interpreted political positions the author presents as factual political positions.
