Manitoba backs out of planned carbon tax, says Ottawa not respecting provinces

There is a conservative and socialist Rebellion in central Canada. Manitoba is a province in Canada. Manitoba, Alberta and Saskatchewan are three provinces that are getting out of the carbon tax scam. They're fed up with the federal government. Recently, Alberta's governor also known as premiere Rachel Notley, who happens to be a socialist who wants a good economy is pissed that the Canadian government sabotaged her desire for a pipeline West to British Columbia. Socialists and left Green Party environmental Zealot British Columbia was successful in the courts stopping the pipeline construction and the Trudeau government is not going to push the issue further. Alberta will not pay carbon taxes if they don't make money to pay for the taxes. That is a second and third order effects or denying pipeline expansions both west, south and east. The environmentalists have now regulated Alberta to move its oil by Railway. This has affected thousands of jobs and as limited production because Alberta is at capacity right now without a pipeline.

California is the only state in the United States that has a carbon tax. It puts an economic noose on businesses and consumers alike. So there is a conservative rebellion in Canada as well as the United States. The Kyoto Accords the President Obama and Canada's Justin Trudeau like is now going to be rejected by the three provinces that can see the math and see that it's ugly. In Canada, all the cars conform to California emission standards. This latest change is probably going to have the environmental Zealot left going to Costco to buy large quantities of Kaopectate. Currently, I pay about $0.22 a gallon in carbon taxes and my gas bill in my home is about $15 a month during the winter. I made too much to get reimbursed and I'm not going to put my thermostat down the 55 am I going to drive less.
