Bonus is that since our seasons are flipped this can be done in the winter. No missed beach days!

Likely rougher and w/far fewer amenities. Resupply would likely be tougher too

Great point. I was just thinking about the trail/terrain; not the logistics. Either way, it'd be a great adventure.
