The Long History of the Loneliness Epidemic In the West

Unfortunately, we've done this to ourselves. Our insistence on getting away from our extended families has done much to lead us here.

Recent article suggests that American teens would rather interact with their "friends" using their cell phones than in person. If, indeed, loneliness is an "epidemic," this can only be adding fuel to that fire. Thanks for the post, PO1 Tony Holland.
