This is unprofessional, shows bias, and was not needed to be released on the day of his funeral. To release this like it was done is a character assignation on someone who cannot defend themselves in the public, and have no one who can truthfully say what happened. Nothing in the apartment is illegal or has been shown to be owned by him (weed), so why even release it? To those who went about this like this, you are uncouth, unprofessional, and exactly why Kap and others are kneeling. Are you going to hammer the officer the same way you're hammering the victim after death?

The search according to the article is legal. I honestly have no issues with that. I have issues with the fact that the information is released at all on the day of his burial, and the contents of the search are also released on that day, but nothing is connected to the victim. IF the contents of the search warrants on her were released today, I'd still think it's unprofessional and uncouth. There is a time and place for this, and this really smacks as a means to gin up public support being this will "(WON'T) go anywhere, and if it lands in civil court (ghetto lottery) the jury will award another victim of a bad shooting a dollar to show what the community thinks of this. If the shoe was on the other foot, it would've been released AFTER or before the cops funeral. The way it should be.
