If you believe that evangelical Christianity's great, just take a look at this employer. He's going to lose his company, and rightfully so, for forcing his religion on others.

It is sad that Mr Dahl will face these legal issues after setting up a business model to help people recover from felonious pasts. This was probably a good resource for most of those former felons on the road to recovery and rehabilitation.
I do wish he would have been more inclusive to other religions in his business model. It's sad to see a resource for good squandered because it wasn't inclusive of other beliefs.

SSG Trevor S. - The Christian Taliban does not care about non-Christian religious belief. If you don't comply with their religious beliefs, you should be fired.
BTW, that illegal and a violation of federal law, and the law of most states.
Dahl is likely going to lose his business, and deservedly so.

SSG Trevor S. - the guy fired someone because he wasn't Christian, because he didn't believe the same way that he wanted the guy to believe. That's intolerant. I down-voted you for having the same attitude.

The employer really had no right to fire the guy, it is your right not to go to the classes.

The Rest of the story: it was a clearly faith based “second chance” employer. The company hired felons, including this one, as a method of recovery and help to a better way of life. You can find that out by following the link the snarky anti-Christian hate piece posts as a source.
IMO Mr Dahl should have been more inclusive to other beliefs and been very up front about the recovery and rehabilitation function of his business towards his former felon employees.

OK, it's a second chance employer. That does not allow him to violate state and federal law that prohibit discrimination against people based on their religious beliefs.

Capt Gregory Prickett - true. My point is, the full story lets you know the business owner wasn't JUST some religious tyrant. I do agree with you that the methods could have been tailored to other belief systems and include more diversity options.
