Wise decision. If he praises McCain, the Democrats will vilify McCain. If he says nothing or vilifies McCain, the Democrats will praise McCain. Personally, I think it's funny watching the Democrats fawning over him

If what you know about Mr McCain is from a major news source only, you don't know Mr McCain

I'm not saying McCain was a Saint, but in comparison... he's definitely a Mother Theresa.

Once upon a time I thought so as well

to my dismay the more I research the less I like him.

He served in combat and for that he’s earned respect

But there’s a lot more to know about the man if one is willing to look

SGM Erik Marquez - I agree. But, haven't we learned recently that looking too deep into someone's past is bound to be fraught with dismay? Shouldn't we just look at what they've done since the last election? All of that OLD stuff is just silly. Who cares about tax fraud 10 years ago? That's so far in the past. Sexual assault allegations five years ago? Whatever.

Best move. Why have someone you know will hijack a ceremony to talk about himself....the guy who won't miss a second to brag about himself?

Class isn't something you're born with. It's cultivated and honed over time. McCain isn't perfect, but he's more class in his hairline than someone in their entire body.

It was really classy how he divorced his first wife, wasn't it?

CDR Dan Cunningham - And even with that mark on his record, there is no question as to who has more class.
