SFC Joseph Weber
LTC David Brown - Hopefully prosecutors, police, jailers, judges, and a billion or so people in the world also have harsh words and these horrible criminals and their corrupt enabling leadership suffers some actual, extremely harsh, criminal and financial punishment.

That just means more properties from the church are going to be sold off to pay off the victims. The Catholic church was wrong to excommunicate those or threatened excommunicate those who went to the police after the Church interview them. Making it worse, they would just rotate the molesting priests to a different diocese and not throw him in jail or kick him out of the priesthood. It is totally the fault of the Catholic Church. I am a Catholic and a Knights of Columbus member as well. Shame on American Catholic Church! This is it mean that you need to leave the church, that just means that the church now will have to spend all kinds of money to take care of the victims and I'm sure many of them have committed suicide or are drunks and druggies because of what happened to them

Thank you, yes it's a worldwide problem because of the church's secrecy which goes back to at least 1962. I remember hearing about it on National Public Radio than looking up the document online in 2003. It's totally the fault of the church for trying to cover it up instead of disciplining the priests and taking care of the problem instead they just pushed it under the rug and now we have probably hundreds of thousands of victims worldwide.
