Yup - a ton of your civvy pilots are former Navy. After all, if you can land your plane on a carrier, which is basically a controlled crash, then there should be little you can't handle as an airline pilot. Always enjoy shaking hands with the crew after a flight and noticing a military wing or badge or two.
