Good read. I hope that we have some great as yet undisclosed capability in this area. Perhaps in the NSA. The Russian's have certainly showed their proficiency:

First we should be worried about Russia infiltration of our education system. The power grid is one of many issues but we are still confused as to which bathroom to use?

This IS what we should be worried about. A good black hat could wreak more havoc before 0600 than an entire BN of Green Berets could in a month. The hacker wouldn’t even have to leave his bed to get the job done. We need to get past the thoughts of ‘no one can beat us’. In some levels of technology, not only are we beat, we’re actually able to beat those who are beating us, but the red tape holds us back.
