Because Trump met with him alone, Putin can claim all kinds of things were agreed to, whether they were or not, and Trump can't prove otherwise. That's why you have staff in the room with you. It was foolish of him to go in there alone, and now he will see why.

SFC Bernard Walko - What will happen next, IMHO, is that Putin will claim certain things were agreed to in the meeting, and Trump will have a different take on it. Trump will not be able to prove his case, because he didn't have anyone else in the room, and there is no transcript. It will be Putin's word against Trump's word, with no way to sort it out. That is not diplomacy......that is foolishness, and very amateurish on the part of Trump. What we have all learned in the past year and a half, is that Trump will do what is in his own best interest, not what is in the country's best interest. Trump is all about Trump. There were things he wanted to talk to Putin about that he didn't want anyone else to hear......and because he kept staff out of there, we have no idea what was agreed to and what wasn't. That is not a good thing for our country.

Wait. Sanders during the press briefing stated there were no agreements made with Russia. Oh this wicked web of mystery just keeps growing. Only the Russian government seems to know what was truly discussed behind closed doors. Americans continue to be in the dark or at least doing a good job pretending to be....nah...the WH staff are clueless.

LOL, ha-ha-ha and George Takei certainly doesn't have a warped view of the world. Respect his past service as the Navigator on the Starship Enterprise though......lol. Thought he whined too much about not being Captain in any Sequel until begrudingly the studio gave him a very brief role as CPT.
