That doesn't even seem reasonable ! If in some cases the background check wasn't completed just how is that the service members fault ? You can't help what others do anyway and that includes Your relatives. Promises broken also with Men and women willing to serve and a route to citizenship, they were lied to. How many times can the Army change its mind and have this negative effect on its own soldiers and not even offer and explanation to the individual and think that is ok ? Its one thing to screen prior to enlistment but unless there are issues with an individual soldiers behavior as an individual just how is this justified ?
