Veterans can apply to upgrade discharge for PTSD
We need to get this information out to our veteran networks. It is a step in the right direction. This has occurred throughout all of the era's and I'm glad that we are taking a step in the right direction. Those discharges should be upgraded if that is the reason. They should have been offered help from within prior to being discharged. JMO

That is important news, CSM Michael Lynch. Thanks for sharing it here. It will "save" the character of discharge for many veterans who have something other than honorable discharges because of PTS related behavior issues.
