SGT (Join to see) absolutely infuriating, when they find them, I'm the best punishment they can receive.

SGT (Join to see) - absolutely. And what does "essentially banned" mean?

SGT (Join to see) I think it's a combination of 1) haven't learned, 2) refuse to learn and the most disturbing 3) just don't care (about people and the environment). Tragic brother, It's tragic.

This is horrible. Do they believe it was done deliberately? Either way, the pesticide has been banned and should not be available to the public.

See my reply to CPL Dave Hoover. It is disheartening that we have learned nothing. If it is killing wildlife, it is only a matter of time until it harms people.

They will find nefarious ways to get it, LTC Charlie Brown... If penalty like you say is serious enough ..
a high dollar figure like say a
$1,000.000 for buyer and seller each(for use /intent to sell). It could be the user could be charged with intent to sell also What deterrent that wil present , will not be known until The tally is in on how many they get to be in possession of it..
