My quick guess is they are too hard for them to maintain with enshalah maintenance

It could also be that the T90 is newer, lighter, faster, simpler and quite a bit cheaper. And just about comparable in capabilities.
As major tank vs tank engagements more and more seem to be a thing of the past, and of course, the ان شاء آلله attitude, all of the above matter.
