That seems to be a very light sentence IMHO PO1 William "Chip" Nagel for Clayton Pressley III. It is deplorable and despicable that he conspired with others to fraudulently to form a sham government contracting firm and bilk the taxpayers out of $2.3 Million.

"NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) -- A former U.S. Navy senior chief who was involved in a fraud scheme that cost the Navy more than $2 million will spend the next two years in prison.
Clayton Pressley III, 42, pleaded guilty to conspiring with two other people in May of 2014 to form a sham government contracting firm.
The group used legitimate vendors to fraudulently subcontract business from the Navy. Prosecutors said the firm was ostensibly formed to provide “inert training aids” to local Navy units.
Pressley was sentenced to two years in prison for his involvement in the scheme."

Lt Col Charlie Brown,LTC Stephen F. I don't know, when a soldier abandoned his post, and took a stroll to the enemy, and then Obama trade's 3 or 5 terrorist to get him back. Then plead guilty, (I think he did that so JAG wouldn't go digging into how he kept his head) and gets no prison time, but that my humble opinion. So it seems that court-martials just want to do something and not about penalties. Okay I have been up all night so I will shut up

SGT Robert Bois le Duc I think that we are discussing two different things, what I was mentioning was the Army Soldier who went AWOL, if we are speaking of the same person I never heard that anywhere. I was referring to Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl who was charged with Dissertation and Misbehavior before the Enemy. That is a charge that is punishable by Death, and he pretty much just rolled out of the courtroom. I don't see someone who is mentally ill being able to attain the rank of Sgt.

One question SGT Robert Bois le Duc how in hell did he get to the rank of Sgt. I can't believe the Army would not have found out before he reached that rank. And there was no mention of mental illness. However I can see a major ER general cover up. However I heard that he was going for back pay.

I hate these cases. I always want to believe that those who served have a better morale baseline than this and then I am so disappointed to see they don't.

Not a really smart thing to do. Must have thought that things wouldn't be checked into.
