What were Obama and Clinton up to at the same time? You will not like the answer to that questions of Trump bothers you. Both Clinton and Obama avoided service in the armed forces (as many presidents have) and Clinton was especially clever about it. This is more of the leftist's whining about Trump and ignoring their heroes lack of service in the same breath.

Cpl Jeff N. - Obama and Clinton are not my heroes all Politicians are snakes. If you'd use your brain for other defending Pres Bone Spurs, you'd realize I posted the article to show how has the nerve to slander Mccain's war record but yet he avoided serving

SSgt Ray Stone - Try smoking some weed in the armed forces Ray. You will see the discharge (not likely a good one) pretty quickly. The armed forces still considers smoking weed/doing drugs to be an issue for which they can and will likely remove you from service.
McCain is not some criticism free person. The democrats demonized him when he ran for the presidency on a number of occasions. You only care for him now because it is just another avenue to go after Trump. Your shallow praise and thinly veiled love for McCain now is not fooling anyone, save yourself.

Cpl Jeff N. - I'm not a Mccain fan for numerous reasons. But the man served our country and suffered 5 yrs as a POW, and for the so called Pres to disrespect his service is not American. You as a VET should be offended also, but your unwavering support for a draft dodging womanizing selfish liar clouds your judgment.

I do not agree with the mindset of some junior staffer to make the comments, nor do I tolerate the leaking of such comments. President Trump did no different than so many others and did not answer the call to duty. While there are things about the past of Sen. John McCain that are better served as being left in the past, as there is with many of us, all of this acrimonious derision serves no purpose than to further embitter an honorable man, and challenge the position of the sitting President. None of it serves any purpose other than to further feed the bottom feeding egalitarian society.

Thanks for the share SSgt Ray Stone great read. What a contrast. I cannot imagine what Senator McCain suffered while in captivity.
