Devo - Don Kirshner's Rock 1979

I think I saw this when it came out on Don Kirschner....in 11th Grade...LOL... Secret Agent Man and other songs of early DEVO....Don Kirschner was like a 70s version of Dick Clark but he let them play a few songs. This is actually decent video better than early MTV.

1stSgt Nelson Kerr My aunt still lives on Hancock in Kenmore. Do you remember the restaurant Young's? She lives near there. Some of the members of Devo went to Kent State in 1970 and witnessed the shootings. Chrissie Hynde of the Pretenders was also one of the first bands who were always on the earliest MTV. LTC (Join to see) - It is amazing who was at Kent State during the shootings. Nick Saban and Don Nottingham (played for Miami Dolphins Super Bowl winning team) were also students there at the time. Another was John de Lancie who started in the role as Q in Star Trek: The Next Generation (1987–94), Star Trek: Deep Space Nine (1993–99), and Star Trek: Voyager (1995–2001)

That's what parents do! I can blame Air Force for getting rid of all mine. PCS weight reduction, but did hang on to all my LPs, music major wife would have killed me if we let them go.
