I've always held SMA Dailey in high regard because he is a Soldier's Soldier and a true leader. He doesn't let personal biases sway his decision and he takes in real input from the Soldiers. I wish he could stay on for a few more years as SMA.

As far as the Trans debate, its completely ridiculous and blown out of proportion. Not one person here, that I am aware of, is currently serving with a trans Soldier, nor have they states issues at their unit level, because by and large its a very, very small amount of Soldier spread out across the Entire Army--500 if we are stretching it, probably under 200 honestly. If attention should be given to something, it should be to Soldiers who are sexually abusing minors, sexually assaulting their battle buddies and committing acts of Domestic Violence, I think those Soldiers should be separated from the military and are a disgrace to the uniform.

Go see your PSG or Section SGT so you can get your 4856 for using your brain. I don't agree with SMA on the constant uniform changes, especially with the whole Pinks and Greens debacle, but otherwise, unless they or anyone clearly demonstrates a clear inability to serve, there is no reason not to allow them to serve. If all hell was to actually break loose, those who have the biggest "issue" with this will be the first ones to yell if these individuals didn't stand up and heed the call.

You will be promoted ahead of peers, make CSM, and busted back to the E-4 Mafia for using your brain. Don't walk on the grass.

SSG (Join to see) - I'm joking with you. I hope you continue using your brain and not just for a hat rack. The Army needs more like that. I was 201st 41st Sig BN Youngsan. Are you are 25 series or the old 30 something series down there?

I have no issue with transgender service members ... as long as their transition occurs prior to entering service ... or during a break in service. As long as they meet the health and physical requirements of their chosen sex ... and the taxpayer isn't paying for the transition ... I have no issue.
