MSgt John McGowan - I know how very, very, very hard it is to quit, Master Sergeant McGowan. It is harder than Heroin to quit. But, I have found I am and feel so relieved and happy; since I quit my smoking in 1990. My lungs have repaired themselves (Or so I have been told- by a doctor.); and, I find myself to be high on life. I have FULL FAITH THAT YOU CAN QUIT, MASTER SERGEANT McGOWAN. Please try: for those of us who care about you; and, for those of us who Love you so very much. Thank You.

Lt Col Charlie Brown - Charlie, I quit when it wasn’t covered by insurance. But I quit. Had a friend tell me that if he had known he would live so long he would have done a better job of caring for his body.
