.38 Special...Check out my channel for more music!
Thanks TSgt Joe C. for sharing the music video of 38 Special performing Hold On Loosely LIVE. whoever mixed this recording could have done a much better job in balancing the audio tracks. The instruments overwhelmed the singer in the recording.

TSgt Joe C., Larry Junstrom, who was with 38 SPECIAL from 1977 to 2014, graduated in my class at Robert E. Lee High School in Jacksonville, FL on June 4, 1967. Junstrom was a member of the band when it released this song, their breakthrough hit in 1981.
He was also one of the founding members of Lynyrd Skynyrd.
We didn't hang out together a lot because he was in the band and I played football. He was a very nice guy as I remember him, though. I probably should have joined him in the HS band!
He's pictured second from the left in the group photo and his senior high school photo is in black and white. LTC Stephen F. Lt Col Charlie Brown SGT David A. 'Cowboy' Groth TSgt David L. SSG David Andrews

I grew up in Jacksonville, TSgt David L., and still get back there every few years or so. It was a great town in which to grow up and the place has only gotten better!

LTC Stephen C. - Sadly I haven't been there since 1987! Wow, it has been a while. I'm sure it's still awesome, Sir.

Great song. Have to agree with Stephen about the balance but enjoyed listening to both
