Linda Brown, woman at center of Brown v. Board of Education case, dies

Thanks for making us aware SSG(P) (Join to see) that Linda Brown, who as a little girl was at the center of the Brown v. Board of Education case that ended segregation in American schools, has died Sunday afternoon, March 20, 2018 in Topeka, Kansas at 75 years old.
She was originally a school child at than Monroe Elementary School which was an all-African American child school in Topeka, Kansas.
This little nine-year old girl was thrust into the Topeka, Kansas and National spotlight
Her dad attempted to enroll her in Sumner Elementary School in 1951.
In 1953 she was grudgingly admitted as a student in Sumner Elementary School.
