Good post, Cayle. I was a hold out for a long time. I finally drank the Kool-Aid and bought one last year for PRS. Savage Model 12 LRP with a nice Vortex scope. About $1,700 total. Gulp!! I swore I would never do that, but I did. I haven't had it over 800m yet. A couple of guys in class are going to build me some hand loads that should get me out to 1,200m pretty reliably. I haven't done that since I shot the Barrett years ago.

MSgt Cayle Harris - As am I. I have a couple of 1911s to build first. Maybe then I'll build an AR-10 in 6.5CM. If ARs are still legal by then!
