WATCH: People Trash Quotes From Obama’s SOTU When They Think It’s Trump’s

in some places people have been conditioned to react to anything Trump says in a negative way. If you read his speech and didn't know it was his, most people would agree with large swaths of it and would have agreed with it even more than the snap polls after the speech indicated. Those polls were pretty good already.

I focus on the issues. People change. In fact, I count on it. We all should. We are ALL trying to be better people than we were the day before.
