Alan K. If there is an outstanding warrant with a bounty why not. To be a bounty hunter there has to be a bounty. Those guys only play for pay.

Of they can set bail in these immigration courts before releasing them in the notorious catch and release program and these illegals have to sign a bail bond contract then we can use bounty hunters. Not sure if we could otherwise...
