They are not only NOT admissable in any court if they were done secretly by a private individual, she can be charged with multiple Felonies for doing so.........depending on where she made the recordings. You can't make "secret" recording of priviledged government communications. SCOTUS already ruled on that years ago when some bozo attempted to record intercepted Cell Phone calls from some Senator or Representative. In fact if I remember right it was Newt Gingrich they attempted to record on his Cell Phone back when he was Speaker of the House.......Police nailed the individual and case went all the way to SCOTUS.

Imagine the Chaos though if folks could secretly record FOMC meetings or if they could record Agriculture Dept Crop reports before they were released to the public. Complete mayhem would ensue.

I'm sure if it's against Trump it's perfectly legal. If it was against HRC, Omaroso would be floating in the Patomic. Again to be found all legal.
