Rush Hudson Limbaugh III (/ˈlɪmbɔː/ LIM-baw; born January 12, 1951) is an American radio talk show host and conservative political commentator. He currently resides in Palm Beach, Florida, where he broadcasts The Rush Limbaugh Show. According to December 2015 estimates by Talkers Magazine, Rush Limbaugh has a cume (cumulative weekly audience) of around 13.25 million unique listeners (listening for at least five minutes), making his show the most listened-to talk-radio program in the US.[3][4]
Since he was 16, Limbaugh has worked a series of disc jockey jobs. His talk show began in 1984 at Sacramento, California radio station KFBK, featuring his ongoing format of political commentary and listener calls. In 1988, Limbaugh began broadcasting his show nationally from radio station WABC in New York City, and the show's flagship station became WOR in 2014.
In the 1990s, Limbaugh's books The Way Things Ought to Be (1992) and See, I Told You So (1993) made The New York Times Best Seller list. In his books and on his show, Limbaugh frequently criticizes what he regards as liberal policies and politicians, as well as what he perceives as a pervasive liberal bias in major U.S. media. Limbaugh is among the highest-paid people in U.S. media, signing a contract in 2008 for $400 million through 2016.[5] In 2017, Forbes listed his earnings at $84 million for the previous 12 months, and ranked him the 11th highest-earning celebrity in the world.[6] His most recent contract, signed on July 31, 2016, will take his radio program to 2020, its 32nd year.

Maj Marty Hogan - I've been listening to Rush whenever I can since about 1990. It used to cause occasional issues in the FM office. I finally had to stop listening there, but that was because of interference to the station's signal. Good to see you again here, Marty!

Great to hear from you MSgt Hal Weeden, MBA I moved from the clinic in Oct and the new office they listen to him. I like his premise many times, but wish he and Hannity would slow their roll sometimes on the rabid left. I firmly believe the facts speak for themselves. I am currently doing the FIAR Real Property gig at the current time. When did you retire?

Geez, Maj Marty Hogan , can't you hold a job? :-) I retired 1 Apr 2014. Went to work the very next morning. In retrospect, I should have taken a month off. Maybe I would have if it had been summer time. I got out just as FIAR was beginning to get traction. In 2020, when I'm forced off the road by age, I may look at trying a Title 5 position.
I agree completely with your comments on Rush and Hannity. And I wish our president would tone down some of his remarks and just do the job. My TSP is looking good!

Good luck. I am looking at a 2 to 4 year window. Depends on my numbers. Not as thrilled with the unit as I once was. Working on acsc and will re assess when I finish.
