Senior Accountant & Systems Manager
Career financial management technician (AGR) in the 134th Comptroller Flight serving at various points as Lead Accountant, Supervisory Financial Technician, Quality Assurance Manager, Systems Manager, and Senior Accountant. A specialist in accounting and fiscal year-end operations, contributed to this CPTF being in the top ten percent of Air National Guard FM offices for ten consecutive years. Inspected over 15 FM units from all AF components in deployed operations as an augmentee to the HQ AMC Inspector General team.

NCOIC of accounting operations for the J8 office of the Joint Area Support Group - Central (Provisional), the "mayor" of the Green Zone. Responsible for $2.7 Billion of Seized Funds and Vested Funds in support of the Iraqi transitional government, briefing Ambassador Browning on a regular basis. Conducted an extensive audit of over 10,000 accounting lines dating to the beginning of the Coalition Provisional Authority. Made over $90 Million in contractual payments.

Financial Management Technician
USAFR IMA assigned to budget operations during annual training with the 14th Comptroller Flight. During 1997 annual training period located and freed up over $10,000 of invalid obligations, identified $16,000 in MILCON overpayments, and identified and corrected 72 underpaid travel vouchers.
