The Enlisted Performance Reports remain a mandatory promotion packet item and it is wise for the Air Force to eliminate the need for them in the youngest troops. The EPR's need to honestly reflect the rated one's work ethic & performance.

This affects 3 of the 4 Airmen in my shop. The one I supervise already has had an EPR written, so their EPR will still be written. Saves the new SSgt a lot of time though!
