Russia Is Getting Ready to Build a New Set of Deadly Nuclear Missile Submarines

Good post LTC Ivan Raiklin, Esq.. I assume "pulse-jet propulsor" is akin to the capillary drive of "Hunt for Red October" fame. Stealth subs patrolling with nukes on board. I guess we won't be able to track their location as reliably anymore. SWEET! Something else to keep the US Navy occupied. With much success I hope.

Are there any non-leathal nuclear missile submarines? I kinda figured they all were "deadly".
