Sgt Randy Wilber - We've all run across worrying so much about the small stuff that the big issues are left unattended. If you get to wrapped up in the weeds you miss the big problems that need our immediate attention and they can wear you down (the small stuff). Have a great Tuesday and by filling in the potholes and going after the craters my friend!
