Are these the same scientist that scoff at Thor Heyerdahl and his theories, until it fits their thesis and agenda?
Are these the same scientist that a few years ago scoffed at the theories of ancient Asians sailing to the America's and continued to do so until now?
Are these the same scientist that still scoff at the Solutrean hypothesis?
It seems that Thor Heyerdahl proved the concept that it was possible from both directions.

I highly recommend the film Ice Age Columbus, which postulate some of the first modern humans settled America from Europe, specifically the Iberian Peninsula about 17000 years ago.

Capt Gregory Prickett - Ice Age Columbus discusses that and offers DNA proof that remote Indian tribes in Canada have European DNA from the Iberian Peninsula.

I also recommend reading Barry Fell's America BC. He was a New Zealander, an anthropologist and linguist who discovered tantalizing clues that some Native American tribes were related to ancient Egyptians, Libyans and Phoenicians!

Folks in numerous Indigenous tribes are not big supporters of having their DNA tested - concern about abuse. So there is not a large database.
Another surprise - it is claimed there are a lot more male descendants in England than in today's Egypt who are related to Tutankhaten - descended from a common ancestor.
I did the NatGeo DNA analysis because they were focusing on migrations of people in prehistoric times - which was most accurately understood through study of language history and evolution worldwide before DNA research.
