Thanks for posting. What a cruel way of treating a dying veteran. Also reminds me about the good news bad news about speeding up the C&P process. On one hand, they are greatly reducing the time it takes to get denied. The bad news is they no longer will help the veteran with finding documentation for the process. Seems like Sec Shulkin is putting on a shell game, especially when it comes to cutting senior veteran compensation. I had high hopes for this guy getting it right for the latest group of DAV's from the GWOT.
