Snowflakes
Jennifer Kabbany at The College Fix reports an outfit calling itself the Social Justice Collective Weekly at the University of Colorado says:
... it is “frightening” for some students to have vets in their classes, describing former service members as “overwhelming” and a distraction. It also suggests the “military culture” is akin to a “white supremacist organization,” and that veterans are typically associated with “right-wing groups such as the tea party and NRA.” The flyer ends by saying veterans should be allowed to go to trade schools or community colleges, but that “in order to protect our academic institutions we must ban veterans from four-year universities.”
Perhaps a two-year tour running chow and supplies to forward observation posts is in order for these too-precious-to-live snowflakes.

We make fun of them but they are organized, spewing hate and discontent and are becoming more and more violent and opinionated. They may be snowflakes but they are toxic snowflakes and they have henchmen in the streets (antifa) willing to assault and beat up anyone they do not agree with.
Veterans are a likely target for their rage because the military has always been viewed with suspicion by the left. It is all of that honor, country, duty, stuff, getting up early in the morning, being part of something bigger than yourself, all of those weapons. It all sounds cult like to them and must be some sort of right wing Nazi thingy.

I find the self contradicting liberal mindset fascinating - How does this work towards supporting the egalitarian mantra as the military as a group is being marginalized. I thought the 1% mattered in the liberal worldview.

It is part of the Post Modern school of thought...truth is relative, so they can hold contradicting beliefs and are not bothered by it.
