I really hate these types of articles that try to gin up controversy on something that they know nothing about. The odds of a DDG being hacked by a foreign power, are roughly the same as me winning the $700M Powerball. These articles use the fact that a civilian maritime ship had it's GPS spoofed. There is a light years difference between a civilian ship's systems and a US Navy ship's systems.

Agreed but it's a hypothetical legal question about international law. Not about the possibility of being hacked.
