That is an interesting commentary PO1 Tony Holland. Blaming the personnel system for rape seems ludicrous IMHO.

SFC Kelly Fuerhoff - the examples you mentioned indicate bad decisions which are a downside of having people decide instead of artificial intelligence systems.
The personnel system like the UCMJ is a framework which provides processes rooted in Federal law to guide the military service personnel functions. True they don't always get it right.

No - we have to kill rapists - first for personal revenge - and then for the sake of other women. This is not an HR matter - it is a matter of personal honor, loyalty, and respect for other women.
